Pristine Excellence Co. ("we," "us") provides mobile auto detailing and related services across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
When you contact us, use our chat widget, call us, or book an appointment, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, vehicle information, service location, and the details of your request.
Photos of your vehicle submitted through our quote or booking forms are used only to assess your vehicle's condition and prepare your quote. Before-and-after photos taken during service may be used in our portfolio or marketing only with your permission.
Quote and booking photos are stored securely with our website provider. We delete them within 90 days of your request unless you become a customer, and you can ask us to delete your photos and information at any time by emailing pristineautodtx@gmail.com.
Our website chat may be answered by an automated AI assistant that answers questions and helps schedule appointments. Chat conversations are processed by the AI and communications providers that power the assistant, and are handled like any other message you send us.
We use your information to respond to inquiries, schedule and perform services, send appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups, and, only if you separately opt in, occasional offers and promotions.
By providing your phone number through our chat widget, booking form, or by contacting us, you may receive text messages from Pristine Excellence Co. related to your inquiry or appointment. Marketing texts are sent only with your separate, optional consent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Our website uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which sets cookies and shares limited information about your visit with Meta Platforms, Inc. — such as the pages you viewed and whether you submitted a form (never the contents of your photos or messages) — so we can measure our advertising. You can limit ad tracking in your browser settings or at facebook.com/adpreferences.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — our website host (Netlify), our scheduling and messaging platform (HighLevel/LeadConnector), and our payment processor (Square) — and with Meta for advertising measurement as described above, only as needed to serve you.
Our services are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
