Pristine Excellence Co. provides mobile auto detailing, window tinting, ceramic protection, interior cleaning, exterior restoration, and mobile oil changes across the DFW Metroplex. Prices may vary by vehicle size and condition; quotes are confirmed before work begins.
All package prices are starting prices. Your exact quote is confirmed in writing (text or email) after we review the photos you submit. Submitting a booking request, with or without a deposit, does not guarantee an appointment until we confirm your quote and time. Quotes are based on the photos provided; if your vehicle's condition materially differs from those photos on arrival, we may adjust the quote on-site, reschedule, or decline service with your deposit refunded.
A $50 deposit submits your booking request and is applied to your final total once your quote is confirmed. The remaining balance is due when the work is completed.
Deposit policy: your deposit is fully refundable any time before your quote is confirmed, and if we cannot agree on an adjusted quote or cannot serve your vehicle. After your appointment is confirmed, cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may forfeit the deposit. Weather-related reschedules are always free and never forfeit your deposit.
Pre-existing damage or conditions (scratches, stains, tears, warning lights, loose trim) must be disclosed before service. We photograph each vehicle before beginning work to document its condition. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service performed.
Our SMS program sends appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups, and, with separate optional consent, occasional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
