Pristine Excellence Co. provides mobile auto detailing, window tinting, ceramic protection, interior cleaning, exterior restoration, and mobile oil changes across the DFW Metroplex. Prices may vary by vehicle size and condition; quotes are confirmed before work begins.
All package prices are starting prices. Your exact quote is confirmed by phone or in writing (text or email), based on your vehicle's size and condition — texting us photos of your vehicle is the fastest way to get an exact price. If your vehicle's condition materially differs on arrival from what was described or shown, we may adjust the quote on-site, reschedule, or decline service.
Appointments are booked by phone call or text. Your appointment is confirmed once we agree on a service, price, and time. Payment is due when the work is completed. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule; weather-related reschedules are always free.
Pre-existing damage or conditions (scratches, stains, tears, warning lights, loose trim) must be disclosed before service. We photograph each vehicle before beginning work to document its condition. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service performed.
Our SMS program sends appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups, and, with separate optional consent, occasional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
